NHS Pay negotiations are here again and BOSTU are working alongside our fellow NHS Staff Side Trade Unions to get the best deal for members.
There is a day of action planned on 1 April 2022 where we are encouraging members to speak to colleagues about NHS Pay and take action by contacting their local MP. We have a number of digital resources (including posters that can be printed out) here.
Get in touch with your local MP and tell them why NHS Staff deserve a pay rise. Not sure who your local MP is and how to contact them? Don’t worry we have you covered just follow this link and click on Email My MP.
You can also get involved via Social Media on the day by using the hashtags #GetSerious and #WithNHSStaff – together we can highlight the value and worth of all those who work in the NHS.
