Work Experience Lead for BIOS – PAID ROLE
This is a brand-new secondment opportunity and is to continue the work led by Carly Hegarty which was previously funded by the SIHED programme. It would be suitable for applicants who are current career ambassadors or who have some knowledge of the promotion of orthoptics and who can engage effectively with local, regional and national organisations to increase the visibility and promotion of Orthoptics. Applicants should be proficient in the use of social media platforms.
This secondment is for 1 day per week for a 12-month period.
The successful candidate will receive a full handover from the current post holder and have the opportunity to have access to a funded place on the professional associations Future Leaders course which is currently run by the BDA.
