We’re running three workshops between 12th -24th September 2024 to give members the opportunity to feed into the early stages of our new BIOS Career Development Framework. The new resource will help to improve visibility and support recruitment, retention, career progression, and learning and development across all career levels. Online forum for Orthoptic clinical tutors. Aim is to provide opportunity to discuss topics relevant to the provision of clinical placements for undergraduate and postgraduate orthoptic students. This forum will focus on the importance of grading students accurately on placement with particular emphasis on how the “failing” student.
