Aim is to provide opportunity to discuss topics relevant to the provision of clinical placements for undergraduate and postgraduate orthoptic students.
This forum will focus on the providing ideas and new approaches to help tutors optimise non-patient contact teaching opportunities.
Agenda:
- 12:30-12:35- Introduction: Michael Harmsworth
- 12:35-12:12:45: Talk on making the most of the “empty session”
- 12:45-13:25 Open discussion amongst clinical tutors with opportunity to ask questions University representatives.
- 13:25-30: Suggestions for topics of next forum & Close meeting.
