Are you unable to log on to the Members' Area?
If you are a new member and have never changed your password please try the following:
Membership number: type your membership number
Password: type your last name with a capital letter for the first letter followed by the rest in lower case.
For those of you with capital letters in the middle of your last name eg 'MacDonald' type your name as you would if you were typing a letter.
Once you have logged on to the members area you may change your password on the "My details" page of the CPD section. Please remember to write down your password and keep it safe so that it is neither lost or forgotten.
If you have changed your password and cannot remember it please contact the BIOS office to reset your password.
