using the video player

When you are on a page with a video, you can start the player by clicking on the Forward button at the left-hand end of the player controls (see image below). You can adjust the volume of the commentary by using the slider control to the right of the progress bar.

If you prefer to view the video in Full Screen setting, you can do so by clicking on the Arrows button at the right-hand end of the player controls.
